Social Hub of Southwood Park

About

Who are we?
We’re your friends and neighbors.

We’re friends who welcome you into a warm and inviting place, filling your senses with stimulating conversation, intoxicating scents and an enticing blend of flavors. After a couple visits, we’ll be on a first-name basis. And don’t be surprised if you see our families and yes, our kids, in the mix of people. We are family-owned and operated, and we want you to feel at home in our circle.

We know you’re as busy as we are, so don’t be afraid to pack your laptop, order up a warm latte or chai and settle in for some research. You’re bound to run into someone you know, and a work routine can rapidly turn social when you’re among friends. We find that’s often the case at the Friendly Fox.

Friendly FoxWe’re serious about food, so we only serve the best to our friends. That’s why each of our salads has its own signature dressing. We’ve pooled our culinary talents and experience to ladle up some of the most interesting, and tasty, homemade soups, sandwiches, salads, pastries and smoothies you’ll find anywhere. We’re a favorite local hang for breakfast, lunch and dinner regulars.

We’re also your neighbors. We live in Southwood Park, so we do business as close to home as we can, be it purchasing our gourmet coffee from Crazy Sisters on West Main to choosing amazing products from our local multicultural vendors. We are passionate about keeping our neighborhood warm and inviting, with just enough urban edginess to keep the near-downtown group of artists and professionals coming back. We’re an interesting mix with discerning tastes and a casual, come-as-you-are attitude.

You’ll fit right in.
